Farmer ID / AgriStack registry — Cycle 3 · 29 Sep 2026

• There is no single national Farmer ID form — register on your state {code}fr.agristack.gov.in portal (examples: upfr / mhfr, both HTTP 200 today).
• Soft-VERIFY: agristack.gov.in HTTP 200. PIB PRID 2296209 still cites more than 10.31 crore Farmer IDs as of 3 August 2026.
• Save the enrolment number. If pending, ask the Block Agriculture Officer for the verifier reason in writing before RTI. No registration fee charged to the farmer.

• Match the exact error text (no record / name mismatch / QR fail / FP001) before changing Aadhaar.
• Fix the issuer record first when the document is missing. DigiLocker Support is for a persistent fetch/platform problem.
• An uploaded Drive scan is never an Issued Document.
• Soft-VERIFY today: digilocker.gov.in + support.digilocker.gov.in HTTP 200 (Helpdesk root; /helpdesk path 404). FAQ SPA shell. No DigiLocker fix fee invented.

EPFO claim settled but money not credited — Cycle 3 · 28 Sep 2026

• Settled ≠ credited. On the member portal note claim ID, settlement date, and any UTR/NEFT reference.
• Compare seeded account + IFSC digit-for-digit with your bank. Wrong or closed account → correct bank KYC and re-verify.
• Then file EPFiGMS asking EPFO to re-initiate payment. RTI can fetch the payment record — it does not invent a credit clock.
• Soft-VERIFY today: unifiedportal-mem memberinterface + epfigms.gov.in HTTP 200; epfindia/epfo HTTP 403 WAF from this host. No national EPFO helpline invented.
