Art is not just performance — it is identity, culture, confidence, expression and community. 🎨✨

At EYLM Baithak Foundation, we are building a supportive space where artists, art lovers, culture enthusiasts, volunteers and changemakers come together to promote art, culture and local talent.

Through our initiatives like Baithak Kalakaro Ki, Kalamkaari, Project RangBeej and Project NavAstitva, we aim to create meaningful opportunities for artists, children, youth and communities to learn, grow, express and shine. 🌱🎭

Now, we are calling passionate volunteers who truly want to contribute towards art, culture and social change.

Whether you are an artist, student, creator, culture lover, organiser, designer, writer, performer or someone who simply wants to support a meaningful cause — this is your chance to be part of a growing movement.

Join us to:
🎨 Support art & culture
🎤 Promote and uplift artists
🤝 Be part of impactful initiatives

Launching in June 2026 — Two New Projects. One Bigger Vision. 🌿🎨

EYLM Baithak Foundation is moving ahead with a strong purpose — to create meaningful impact through art, culture, creativity, confidence, skill-building, and community empowerment.

We are proud to introduce our two upcoming initiatives:

Project RangBeej

“Har bachche mein kala ka beej hai.”

A free art and culture education initiative for underprivileged kids and individuals.
Project Rang Beej is designed to help children and learners explore creativity, self-expression, cultural learning, and artistic confidence through free weekend workshops and community-based learning experiences.

Through this initiative, we aim to create a space where children can learn, express, imagine, and grow through the power of art, music, culture, storytelling, painting, craft, dance, theatre, and heritage-based activities.

Project NavAstitva

“नया विश्वास, नई पहचान, नए अवसर”

A grooming, training, and employment-support initiative for underprivileged youth and adults aged 16+.
Project NavAstitva focuses on confidence-building, communication skills, body language, personality development, mentorship, stage exposure, creative expression, employability skills, and job-readiness.

This project is not just about training — it is about helping individuals rediscover their confidence, build their identity, and move towards better opportunities with dignity and self-belief.

At EYLM Baithak Foundation, we believe that art can heal, culture can connect, education can empower, and the right opportunity can transform lives.

Through Project RangBeej and Project NavAstitva, we are working towards building a community where every child gets the chance to explore creativity and every youth gets the support to move forward with confidence.

We invite artists, art lovers, trainers, mentors, educators, volunteers, cultural practitioners, NGOs, institutions, sponsors, and community supporters to join hands with us in this journey.

Let’s come together to support art, culture, children, youth, and community impact.
