ਰਾਊਂਡਗਲਾਸ ਫਾਊਂਡੇਸ਼ਨ 2018 ਤੋਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੰਮ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। 4.4 ਮਿਲੀਅਨ ਵਿਰਾਸਤੀ ਰੁੱਖ ਲਗਾ ਚੁੱਕੇ ਹਾਂ, 1k+ ਪਿੰਡਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ 24k+ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਖੇਡਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਜੋੜਿਆ, 14k+ ਲਰਨ ਲੈਬਜ਼ ਨਾਲ ਸਿਖਾ ਰਹੇ ਹਾਂ ਅਤੇ 432 ਪਿੰਡ ਕੂੜਾ-ਮੁਕਤ ਬਣਾ ਚੁੱਕੇ ਹਾਂ।

ਪਿੰਡ ਧਰਮਗੜ੍ਹ ਵਿਖੇ ਸਾਡੇ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਲੀਡ ਸਰਦਾਰ ਕਾਹਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਪੰਨੂ ਜੀ ਨੇ ਦਿਨੋਂ ਦਿਨ ਅਲੋਪ ਹੋ ਰਹੇ ਵਿਰਾਸਤੀ ਰੁੱਖਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਂਭਣ ਦੀ ਲੋੜ ਬਾਰੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਗਰੂਕ ਕੀਤਾ।

ਖਾਲੀ ਪਈਆਂ ਪੰਚਾਇਤੀ ਜ਼ਮੀਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਰਾਸਤੀ ਰੁੱਖਾਂ ਦੇ ਮਿੰਨੀ ਜੰਗਲ ਲਗਾ ਕੇ ਅਸੀਂ ਆਪਣੀ ਕੁਦਰਤੀ ਵਿਰਾਸਤ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਂਭ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਪੀੜ੍ਹੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਹਰਿਆ ਭਰਿਆ ਤੇ ਸਾਫ਼ ਸੁਥਰਾ ਭਵਿੱਖ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਾਂ।

ਹਰਿਆ ਭਰਿਆ ਤੇ ਸਾਫ਼ ਸੁਥਰਾ ਪਿੰਡ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਵੇਸਟ ਮੈਨੇਜਮੈਂਟ ਵੀ ਓਨਾ ਹੀ ਜ਼ਰੂਰੀ ਹੈ। ਪੰਚਾਇਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅੱਗੇ ਆ ਕੇ ਰਾਊਂਡਗਲਾਸ ਫਾਊਂਡੇਸ਼ਨ ਦੇ ਵੇਸਟ ਮੈਨੇਜਮੈਂਟ ਯੂਨਿਟ ਸਥਾਪਤ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਪਹਿਲ ਕਰਨੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ।

At village Dharmgarh, our Program Lead, Sardar Kahan Singh Pannu Ji, spoke about the need to protect our native trees, which are slowly disappearing.

Planting mini forests of native trees on vacant Panchayati land can help preserve our natural ecosystems and create a greener, cleaner future for generations to come.

For truly green, clean and sustainable villages, strong waste management is equally important. Panchayats should come forward to set up Roundglass Foundation’s Waste Management Units and take the lead in keeping their villages clean.

ਪਲਾਸਟਿਕ ਦਾ ਕੂੜਾ ਘਰੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਕੱਢਣ ਨਾਲ ਖਤਮ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੁੰਦਾ। ਸਾਡਾ ਘਰ ਤਾਂ ਹੀ ਸੱਚਮੁੱਚ ਸਾਫ਼ ਹੈ, ਜਦੋਂ ਸਾਡੇ ਪਿੰਡ ਦੇ ਆਲੇ ਦੁਆਲੇ ਦਾ ਮਾਹੌਲ ਵੀ ਸਾਫ਼ ਹੋਵੇ।

ਸਾਡੇ ਰੀਜਨਰੇਟਿਵ ਐਗਰੀਕਲਚਰ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਤਹਿਤ ਸਾਡੇ ਸਹਿਯੋਗੀ ਸੁਮਿਤ ਨੇ ਕਲਾਨੌਰ ਪਿੰਡ ਦੇ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਬਾਜ਼ ਬਹਾਦਰ ਜੀ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਕੀਤੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਕਿਵੇਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਐਸਆਰਬੀ ਵਿਧੀ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਝੋਨੇ ਦੀ ਬਿਜਾਈ ਕਰਕੇ ਪਾਣੀ ਦੀ ਬਚਤ ਕੀਤੀ।
ਕਿਸਾਨ ਬਾਜ਼ ਬਹਾਦਰ ਜੀ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਵਿਧੀ ਦੇ ਫਾਇਦਿਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਖੇਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਏ ਤਜਰਬੇ ਬਾਰੇ ਵੀ ਸਾਂਝਾ ਕੀਤਾ।

Under our Regenerative Agriculture Program, our Associate Sumit spoke with farmer Baaz Bahadur Ji from Kalanour village about his experience with SRB (Seeding of Rice on Beds).

He shared how adopting the SRB method helped him save water while cultivating paddy, along with the benefits he has experienced on his farm.

ਯਾਰ ਜਿਗਰੀ ਕਸੂਤੀ ਡਿਗਰੀ ਦੀ ਸਮੂਹ ਟੀਮ ਨੇ ਸਾਡੇ ਦਾਊਂਮਾਜਰਾ ਸਪੋਰਟਸ ਸੈਂਟਰ ਵਿਖੇ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਕੇ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਖੂਬ ਸਮਾਂ ਬਿਤਾਇਆ।

ਟੀਮ ਨੇ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਵੈੱਬ ਸੀਰੀਜ਼ ਤੋਂ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਫ਼ਿਲਮ ਦੀ ਸਫ਼ਲਤਾ ਤੱਕ ਦਾ ਆਪਣਾ ਸਫ਼ਰ ਸਾਂਝਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੱਡੇ ਸੁਪਨੇ ਦੇਖਣ, ਮਿਹਨਤ ਕਰਨ ਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ’ਤੇ ਵਿਸ਼ਵਾਸ ਰੱਖਣ ਲਈ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ।

ਬੱਚੇ ਟੀਮ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲ ਕੇ ਬੇਹੱਦ ਖੁਸ਼ ਹੋਏ। ਉਹ ਇਕੱਠੇ ਖੇਡੇ, ਹੱਸੇ ਅਤੇ ਖੂਬ ਮਸਤੀ ਕੀਤੀ, ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਅੱਗੇ ਵਧਣ ਲਈ ਕਈ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਣਾਦਾਇਕ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਸਿੱਖੀਆਂ।

The entire team of Yaar Jigree Kasooti Degree visited our Sports Center in Daumajra and spent a wonderful time with the children.

They shared their inspiring journey from a web series to the success of their film, encouraging the children to dream big, work hard and believe in themselves.

Our children were delighted to meet them. They played, laughed, shared moments and took away valuable lessons and inspiration for their own journeys.

Clonal Safeda is a valuable tree for planting along farm boundaries. It grows well with relatively less water and can offer farmers an opportunity to generate additional income while making their farms greener.

Through our Regenerative Agriculture Program, we are helping farmers explore trees, crops and sustainable farming practices that conserve natural resources while creating opportunities for better livelihoods and long-term economic resilience.

ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦਾ ਜੰਗਲਾਤ ਰਕਬਾ ਦੇਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੂਜੇ ਨੰਬਰ 'ਤੇ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਘੱਟ ਹੈ। ਹੁਣ ਸਮਾਂ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਅਸੀਂ ਮਿਲ ਕੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਹਰਿਆਲੀ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਰਾਸਤੀ ਰੁੱਖਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੁੜ ਸੁਰਜੀਤ ਕਰੀਏ।

ਐਸ.ਆਰ.ਬੀ. ਤਕਨੀਕ ਅਪਣਾਉਣ ਨਾਲ ਝੋਨੇ ਦੀ ਫ਼ਸਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਤਕਰੀਬਨ 70–75% ਪਾਣੀ ਦੀ ਬਚਤ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਝਾੜ ਵੀ ਵਧੀਆ ਮਿਲਦਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਤਕਨੀਕ ਨੂੰ ਅਪਣਾਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਕਈ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਆਪਣਾ ਤਜਰਬਾ ਸਾਂਝਾ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਇਸਦੇ ਫ਼ਾਇਦਿਆਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਰਾਏ ਦਿੱਤੀ।

Adopting the SRB technique can save around 70–75% water in paddy cultivation while also delivering better yields. Farmers who have adopted the technique share their experiences and insights on its benefits.
