ગુમાનદેવ કેમ્પસ ખાતે નવા કાર્યકરો માટે આયોજિત વર્કશોપમાં કુલ 79 સહભાગીઓએ ઉત્સાહપૂર્વક ભાગ લીધો. વર્કશોપ દરમિયાન સંસ્થાના વિઝન, મિશન અને મૂલ્યોને સમજવાની સાથે ટીમવર્ક, સકારાત્મક અભિગમ, સ્ટાફ કલ્યાણ અને વ્યક્તિગત વિકાસ જેવા વિષયો પર ચર્ચા અને વિવિધ સહભાગી પ્રવૃત્તિઓ યોજાઈ. આ વર્કશોપે સહભાગીઓમાં પરસ્પર સહકાર, નેતૃત્વ અને સમાજ પ્રત્યેની જવાબદારીની ભાવનાને વધુ મજબૂત બનાવી, જેથી સૌ મળીને સકારાત્મક અને ટકાઉ પરિવર્તન સર્જવા માટે વધુ સજ્જ બની શકે.

A workshop for new staff members was organized at Gumandev Campus, where a total of 79 participants enthusiastically took part. During the workshop, participants gained an understanding of the organization's vision, mission, and values. Discussions and interactive activities were conducted on topics such as teamwork, a positive attitude, staff welfare, and personal development.
The workshop helped strengthen the spirit of collaboration, leadership, and social responsibility among the participants, enabling them to work together more effectively toward creating positive and sustainable change in society.
