Arpan Welfare Society - Uttarpara With determination in mind, they arranged for the distribution of basic essentials which included grocery and medicine for the nearby slum dwellers.

The establishment of ‘Arpan’ dates back to the dreaded lock down period in 2021 when a group of enthusiasts decided to lend their hands to the needy to make their impoverished life a little better.
