Shaadi ki baat aate hi ladki walon ko hi kyun “adjust karna padega”?

Venue se lekar guest list tak, career se lekar expectations tak, compromise ka pressure somehow hamesha ek hi side pe aa jaata hai.

Maybe it’s time we stopped preparing girls for a lifetime of adjusting and started preparing them for a lifetime of choosing.

Because what we put into a girl’s education today shapes the choices she gets to make tomorrow.

A girl’s education shouldn’t come with a monthly attendance penalty.

Menstrual health is about much more than access to products. It’s about whether schools are equipped to support students with dignity, whether adults are willing to have honest conversations, and whether girls can learn without fear, shame, or interruption.

The Supreme Court’s recognition is an important step. Now comes the part that matters most: making sure those rights are felt in classrooms, not just written in judgments.

Let’s keep the conversation going and make menstrual health education accessible to every student.
