*Sundays are always filled with impactful community service for the Lions Club of Agartala, and October 4th was no exception. People deeply rely on our three flagship initiatives: the ANNADA hunger relief program, the Vision Centre, and our two youth development computer learning centres. Seeing the crowds gathering for warm meals, waiting for eye check-ups, and watching enthusiastic little children attend their weekly computer classes brings us immense joy and satisfaction.*

*Inspired by Rabindranath Tagore’s powerful words, "The one you leave behind is the very one pulling you back," the Lions Club of Agartala is dedicated to ensuring no child is left behind. Through our two computer learning centres, we are empowering underprivileged children with essential tech skills and preparing them for the wider world. We are proud to share that two leading newspapers have recently published this news, recognizing our impactful service to the community.*

*On 27th September, keeping up with their Sunday tradition, the Lions Club of Agartala distributed food, love, and care through their ANNADA initiative.*

*Empowering Dreams, One Click at a TimeTo honor our motto "She Care", we presented a computer to the Girls' Ashram for our new Computer Learning Project. By equipping young women with vital digital skills, we are fostering true women empowerment and building a brighter, self-reliant future!*

*The impact of humanitarian service shines brightest when acknowledged by society. In a proud moment for the region, the commendable work being carried out by the Learning Centre of the Lions Club of Agartala has been highly appreciated and featured in two popular daily newspapers today.*

ANNADA is no longer just a project to ease hunger, it has become a sanctuary of living memory. Even on busy working days, this Thursday, 24th September, one of our Lion member Lion Anupam Datta choose to honor his departed loved mother by nourishing those in need, turning personal loss into collective grace.
