A few photos from our recent participation in the Youth Theatre Ireland, YT Connects programme. WACT connected with Mr Sands Youth Theatre in Bray. Two fantastic days out, learning new skills with a focused effort to make new friends with a shared love of youth theatre. Huge thanks to for the opportunity, Mr. Sands Youth Theatre for being so much fun and to all the facilitators, volunteers, funders and organisations that came together to make it happen. A particular shout out to for hosting the event when it was WACT's turn to host and to for feeding us all!

Applications are now open for Young Critics 2026! Young Critics is one of Youth Theatre Ireland's longest-running and most innovative programmes.

ACC is looking for REAL SIBLINGS for a new ad campaign.

OUR OLDER SIBLING MUST NOW BE 14 or older. Can look younger.

YOUNGER sibling 8-10.

Boys or girls. No acting experience needed but they shouldn’t be camera shy.

We’re looking for kids with really distinct, confident personalities who aren’t afraid to be funny or even a bit cheeky in front of adults.

In particular we’d love to get some suggestions of kids who love the outdoors, tomboys and lads with shaved hair although we’re open to all suggestions.

(We’re looking for kids who have good chemistry together so cousins or friends can also apply together).

They must be based in Ireland to apply.

V nice fee if selected.

They should be available for 1-2 days from 10th-12th March for the shoot.

* A photo or photos where we can see their faces clearly
* A bit about them including whether they have any acting experience but this is not necessary
* Let us know where they are based in Ireland
* A contact phone number for their parent/guardian or their agent if represented

All applications must be made by a parent or guardian - we cannot accept applications from minors.
