📢Activator Poles Workshop Tralee 📢

Want to walk further, with more confidence?

Come along on Monday 14th of September in Tralee, for a free, fun and active session using Activator Poles, which are specially designed walking poles that help improve balance, movement, posture, and overall wellbeing.

There will be a trained tutor delivering the workshop. She will also go through some gentle exercises that can be done using the poles. This workshop is suitable for all fitness levels 🚶
