☕🌹 A BIG DAY FOR KERRY HOSPICE IS COMING! 🌹☕

Thursday 24th September is the date for the annual Kerry Hospice Coffee Morning, taking place right across Kerry and nationwide. 🇮🇪

Last year over €90,000 was raised locally.

It’s a huge fundraising day for Kerry Hospice Foundation, helping support our big build this year that is at a cost of €6000000 euro.

We’re delighted that Denise Murphy, 1991 Rose of Tralee, is once again showing her fantastic support for our Coffee Morning. 🌹☕

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who took part in the James Russell Memorial Tractor Run and helped make it such a wonderful tribute to James. The incredible €61,000 raised, with €30,500 donated to Kerry Hospice Foundation and to Donegal Hospice..This was all done in memory of James Russell where the tractor run went from Ballyheigue to Donegal.
Thank you to his family, friends, organisers, participants and everyone who supported this very special event .

While he may have been a Donegal native, there can be no denying that James Russell, thanks to his dedication to motoring throughout the county, was a well-thought of and well-liked honorary Kerry man who had called North Kerry home for many years prior to his death.

A big thank you to Liz and Diarmuid Fitzmaurice, sister and brother of Hughie Fitzmaurice, who recently presented a cheque of €1,150 to Eileen Sheehy of the Listowel Branch of the Kerry Hospice Foundation.

The money was raised through a football blitz held in memory of Hughie, with family, friends and the wider community coming together to remember him and support a very worthy cause.

Also pictured are Daithi and Brendán.

A sincere thank you to everyone who organised, supported and took part in the blitz, and to all who helped make the fundraiser such a success.
