🟣 What a fantastic job that The & have achieved in the Premises, over more then Four Decades.

🟢 In my working days as an , I had the pleasure of arranging the sale to them, way back, first day.

🟥 What a day for Captain of , / & his 🇨🇻 Teammates, in forging a 0-0 against favourites 🇪🇸.

🟣 I’ve been a Fan since I was a tiny little boy, brought to see them play, on the crossbar of my Granda Nicholas Stack’s , “High Nelly” Bicycle 🚲. From “Glenmalure Park”, to etc , we followed the Rovers & maybe the following Sunday, to , to see play.

When I was in research for Tom Crean's biography I happened upon this image in a news cutting from 1910. It was really grainy as you'd expect and I guess when I published it, nobody had set eyes upon it for over a century.
Today, I pressed that photo restore button on many platforms, as I've done many times before without success, but just look at this.
Tom Crean, looking real dapper, without that grainy finish, in a photo taken before he set out with Scott on the Terra Nova exoedition, his second journey to Antarctica.
