Public Consultation on Draft Laois Biodiversity Action Plan 2026 - 2031

Laois County Council is inviting the public to review and comment on the Draft Laois Biodiversity Action Plan 2026-2031.

The consultation is now open and will remain open until August 21st at 4pm.

An information session is taking place at Abbeyleix Library from 3pm-5pm on July 31st 2026.

Our team will answer any queries you have in relation to the Draft Action Plan.

Ceangal, the Local Authority Heritage Programme, is delivered in partnership between the Heritage Council and Local Government Ireland.
