Several ladies from Wwetb Age Alliance CommEd Quilting Group along with our very own Mary Walsh have patched and quilted a beautiful floral quilt to be raffled with all proceeds going to The Wexford Lions Club. Carer's Weekend, Childhood Cancer Awareness, Holiday Project, Emergency Distaster Funding, Christmas Hampers, are just a small sample of some of the projects carried out by the club.

Overall the Lions Club is the largest voluntary community in the world. Please see this worthy fundraiser here

A huge thank you to the incredible volunteers who gave up their time over the Easter weekend to help bring the Kilmuckridge Sunflower Field to life once again 🌻💛

From sowing the seeds this morning to putting up stakes and carefully wiring off the area, it was a real team effort and we thank these guys for their hard work!

It’s this kind of community spirit that makes the sunflower field such a meaningful project. We can’t wait to see it burst into colour over the coming months and once again become a beacon of positivity for the whole area!

What a brilliant evening last night at the KMH for the Country, Rebel & Folk Night! The atmosphere was electric, the music had everyone in great spirits, and the dance floor was full from start to finish.

One thing everyone couldn’t stop talking about? The floor! 💃🕺
So many compliments throughout the night, feedback from the dancers was that it’s one of the very best floors around for a proper spin! 😁

It’s nights like these that remind us how special live music and a great venue can be when they come together.
