We are delighted to have presented Lus na Greine with a donation of €1,000 euro last weekend. This comes solely from the hard work that our young actors, along with Setanta and Alanah put into the Burn Book. We are so proud of them and they should be very proud of themselves. Lus na Greine are so grateful. The money will go directly to the people who really need it ❤️

🎭💚 A huge thank you from Mostrim Youth Players! 💚🎭

We would like to say a massive thank you to everyone who came along, bought tickets, supported our raffle and helped make our show such a success.

We are so grateful for the incredible support shown to our young performers. It means so much to see our community getting behind them. ❤️

We are delighted that the proceeds from the show will be donated to Lus na Gréine Family Resource Centre, supporting their work with children and teenagers through counselling, youth groups and programmes focused on mental health, resilience and wellbeing.

A special thank you to Abbeylara Parish Hall for welcoming us and providing such a wonderful venue for our performance.

And finally, to our fantastic Mostrim Youth Players — we couldn’t be prouder of you. You gave your time, energy and talent for such a worthwhile cause. 🌟

The Burn Book — Supporting Youth Mental Health
Our Young People Need Our Support đź’š
The Burn Book, a play written by Setanta Flood and Alana Coughlan, recently performed to full houses in Edgeworthstown on both nights and received fantastic reviews.
The young cast will perform one final night in Abbeylara on October 3rd, and they have made the wonderful decision to donate the profits from the night to the Youth Mental Health Counselling Service at Lus na Gréine Family Resource Centre.
This service is in high demand, and our young people recognise how important it is to ensure that support is available to those who need it.
We would be incredibly grateful for your support in helping them reach their fundraising goal.

After a Sold out run we are now bring the show to Abbeylara on October 3rd! And what a better day than International Mean Girls Day!🎭

This run is especially important to us as this time we will be raising money in aid of Lus Na Gréine to support Young People's Mental Health. 💛
We invite everyone to wear PINK to the Performance in aid of this cause!

So grab your friends and family, throw on your Pinkest outfit and come join us for a night of Drama, laughter, Awareness and all things Mean Girls! ✨️

🎭💚 Young people supporting young people in our community 💚🎭

Our Mostrim Youth Players are delighted to be donating the proceeds from our upcoming show to Lus na Gréine Family Resource Centre.

Our young players come from Edgeworthstown, Granard, Ardagh, Drumlish, Legan, Killoe, Abbeylara, Lismacaffrey and surrounding areas, with many attending secondary school in Granard. Lus na Gréine plays an important role in supporting young people in our community.

They provide counselling for children and teenagers, youth groups, a Youth Forum and programmes supporting mental health, resilience and wellbeing, including Choices for Life and iHEART – Innate Health Education and Resilience Training.

We’re so proud of our young performers for using their talent and creativity to give something back and support a service that means so much to young people and families locally. 💚

But want to take a moment to thank all the amazing Cast for their Time, Talent and Energy into this production. What they did was truely remarkable and put Mostrim Youth Players back on the map. ✨️👏

To their Drama Facilitators Setanta Flood & Alana Coughlan 3 for their mentorship and vision with the cast! đź‘Ź

We want to thank the Parents for their endless support throughout the year and especially in the run up to the show and their generosity!

Also to all our sponsers throughout the weekend for their raffle prizes we thank you! Especially Quinns Supply Stores for the Set that really pulled the audience into the story each night! 🩵
