Pictured in the Offaly topic is our Boxer Kevin Tyrell handing over a donation from Unite Trade Union to our Coach Martin O'Reilly. Many thanks to all at Unite for the generous donation that was gratefully received. We have had numerous enquiries asking when boxing will resume. As per the below we will be starting back the end of August, keep an eye on the page for more information. To answer some questions our boxing club is for boys and girls aged 8 and older with two sessions Monday and Wednesdays - one for our younger members from half 6 to half 7 and older children from half 7 to quarter to 9. We look forward to seeing all our returning members and new members are always welcome 🥊🥊

We want to wish our boxer Madalina and coach John Kelly the very best of luck in the Portima Box Cup in Portimao this weekend. Maddie's determination to the sport of boxing is to be admired and she is an inspiration to us all in St.Joseph's. Unfortunately our boxer Abbie cannot make the trip due to injury. We wish her a speedy recovery and a quick return to the ring 🥊🙌

Best of luck to our club member Larry and all members of the Leinster Development Squad who travel to the UK for a tournament in Blackpool. Good luck everyone🥊💪
