Feeling of Home | Ukrainian Artists Group | Clifden Arts Festival 2026
Discover Feeling of Home, a special exhibition curated by Kateryna Penchkovska, bringing together Ukrainian artists living in Ireland, across Europe and in Ukraine.
The exhibition explores the idea of home not as a fixed place, but as a deeply personal and evolving experience shaped by memory, displacement, adaptation and imagination.
Through painting, watercolour, drawing, ceramics and mixed media, the participating artists offer diverse perspectives on home, belonging and identity. Together, their work creates a collective portrait of the many ways in which home can be remembered, redefined and reinvented during times of change.
The exhibition brings together both established and emerging Ukrainian artists, including members of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine, creating an opportunity to experience a rich and varied collection of contemporary Ukrainian artistic voices.
