Blessed with beautiful weather for our annual flag day collection in Ballina today. We operate a weekly outreach clinic in Ballina every Tuesday, providing free emotional and psychological support to people impacted by cancer.
This collection was originally planned for last April but had to be postponed due to weather warnings on the day.
Thank you to the wonderful staff and volunteers helping us out today.

πŸ’œ THROWBACK TO BRAVE THE DROP 2025 πŸ’œ

Last year, Mayo GAA legend Willie Joe Padden stepped up to support Mayo Cancer Support Association and take on the Brave the Drop challenge.

His involvement helped raise awareness and vital funds for services that support people and families affected by cancer throughout Mayo.

As we prepare for Brave the Drop 2026, we're looking back on some of the incredible individuals who helped make last year's event such a success.

Will you follow in Willie Joe's footsteps and take on the challenge this year?

πŸ’œWhen cancer impacts the world of a child it generates emotions that can be difficult to put into words.

Here, our amazing play therapist/creative psychotherapist, Dawn Lally, explains how play therapy helps children find a safe way to express their feelings, make sense of their experiences, and simply be children again.
For families, that support can mean the world.

πŸ“…On 2 July, our amazing Brave the Drop Abseil Challenge participants will drop 150ft from the roof of Croke Park in aid of Mayo Cancer Support and in association with Mayo GAA to help make services like this possible.

Please support their courage with a donation today πŸ’›
