What A wonderful evening was had by all in St Fiacc’s House at their annual BBQ. The sun shone down on our precious residents, their families our wonderful staff, volunteers and all who supported us during the past year . The setting was splendid. Attention to detail was superb. Everyone enjoyed delicious food prepared and cooked by our chef Anne Flynn and her team and the beautiful deserts prepared by Aneta. There was lots of dancing and singing with brilliant duo Michael Horohan and John Swan. The BBQ was maned by staff member Paddy Dunne and the bar was maned by staff members Eamon Murphy and Eddie Tracey. It was a huge success well done to Joan, Karrie, Laura and the wonderful team in St Fiacc’s House. You exceed our expectations every time. St Fiacc’s House would like to say A huge thank you to Aisling and Sean in Drive Thru Brew Graiguecullen for the wonderful time the residents had up there this morning. They thoroughly enjoyed the refreshments provided by Drive Thru Brew free of charge and the sing song.. we were overwhelmed by their generosity and a big thank you to Supervisor Travis and his team for the excellent service we received. Thank you so so much.
