扶康會「香港最佳老友」運動 Fu Hong Society - “Best Buddies Hong Kong” Movement 扶康會推動智障人士與非智障人士的一對一友誼運動。

(一) 扶康會簡介
扶康會為本港註冊的非牟利機構，自1977年開始服務以來，致力扶育殘疾人士(包括智障人士、自閉症人士、復元人士）協助他們融入社會、獨立自顧及發揮潛能。本會現時共有超過50所服務單位，服務近4,000名智障人士、自閉症人士、復元人士。扶康會一直以「用心」的態度、「創新」的精神提供服務，並先後為智障人士創辦臨時住宿服務、家居訓練及支援服務、護理院舍、日間訓練中心延展照顧服務及扶康家庭等；近年更開設全港首間為成年自閉症人士而設的發展及支援中心 – 牽蝶中心；此外，本會又加入世界行列，成為全球性Best Buddies運動的一分子，推動「香港最佳老友」運動，為數以百計的社區人士與智障人士建立一對一友誼；並積極拓展社區支援服務，以增強家庭照顧殘疾人士的能力，舒緩照顧者的負擔。

(二)「最佳老友」運動的背景
「最佳老友」運動的始創人Mr. Anthony Kennedy Shri

ver (美國甘迺迪家族成員)，有見智障人士與社會人士欠缺社交機會，遂於1989年在美國成立「最佳老友」運動，透過建立智障人士與社區人士及學生之間一對一的友誼，以提升智障人士的正面形象、平等的社會參與，及促進社會共融。現時全球超過50個國家及地區，合共1,500間初中、高中及大學參加「最佳老友」運動，累計參加人數約有700,000人次。

(三) 扶康會「香港最佳老友」運動
扶康會於2004年開始獲得Best Buddies International (國際最佳老友) 的邀請，並授權成立全港唯一推動「香港最佳老友」(下稱「BBHK」)運動的機構，參與配對人士層面非常廣泛，包括大專院校學生、中學生、企業員工、長者及社區人士等。

一直以來，BBHK運動都深受社會各界的支持，並邀得政府部門、來自各大專院校的教授及社會賢達擔任顧問。

BBHK於2022年4月開始獲社區投資共享基金贊助，BBHK曾獲多個知名團體支持，並撥款贊助，包括有香港賽馬會慈善信託基金、利銘澤黃瑤璧慈善基金、中華電力有限公司、深水埗區議會、伊利沙白女皇弱智人士基金及平等機會委員會等等。

(四)社區投資共享基金簡介
社區投資共享基金於2002年由香港特別行政區政府成立，在社區推行多元化的社會資本發展計劃，推動市民及社會各界發揮凹凸互補精神，齊心建立跨界別協作平台及社會支援網絡，從而建立互助互信、守望相助、社區凝聚力等社會資本，讓個人、家庭及組織互相支援，令社區能力得以提升。

興華成人訓練中心 × 伊斯蘭脫維善紀念中學分社早前一同進行了 圓圈繪畫活動 及 DIY 關懷卡片。

透過創作與交流，在輕鬆愉快的氣氛中，拉近彼此距離，傳遞真誠心意。✨

在活動中，參加者以顏色說故事，透過卡片表達關懷，不分年齡與能力，圍坐在圓圈中互相欣賞、互相學習，親身感受共融所帶來的連結與溫度。🤝💛

感謝每一位參與者的投入與分享，讓共融不只是一個理念，而是在日常中真實發生的經歷。

上星期六，「香港最佳老友」運動在長沙灣成人訓練中心舉行了一場硬地滾球培訓工作坊。除了長沙灣成人訓練中心的社區老友，賽馬會葵興職業發展中心及上李屋成人訓練中心的社區老友亦踴躍參與。
當天有專業的硬地滾球教練，向大家介紹硬地滾球的規則以及技巧。老友們一同進行練習，表現相當落力，亦感受到硬地滾球的樂趣！🥰

Last Saturday, Best Buddies Hong Kong held a boccia training workshop at the Cheung Sha Wan Adult Training Centre. In addition to the Community Buddies from the Cheung Sha Wan Adult Training Centre, those from the Jockey Club Kwai Hing Vocational Development Centre and Sheung Li Uk Adult Training Centre also actively participated.
A professional boccia coach introduced the rules and techniques of the sport. The Buddies practiced together, showing great enthusiasm and enjoying the fun of boccia! 🥰

Chapter of the Education University of Hong Kong and Choi Jun School
Students from the Education University of Hong Kong were playing observational games with Choi Jun School students. In the game "Who is the King👑?", the group took turns selecting a detective🕵🏻‍♂️and a king🫅🏻. The members needed to completely follow the king's actions, and then the detective had to guess who the king was. Two graduates from Tung Wah College have transitioned from being student buddies to community buddies🥳. Recently, they visited the Cheung Sha Wan Adult Training Centre to meet their buddies (CL and KC). They went out for lunch, celebrating Christmas and birthday several times. 🎉It is precious to maintain their friendship with their buddies after graduation.

而早前柔莊之家服務使用者與香港浸會大學持續教育學院護理教育部的老師及同學，一同參與由「一切從揀」生死教育資源中心🪦提供的葬儀導賞活動，並透過講座，了解生死教育知識。 活動後大家一起到康姨小廚共進午餐，過程愉快。☺️

🎥The movie "The Last Dance" has sparked widespread discussion about death in society. But how much do people understand about life and death education?
Recently, users of Yau Chong Home, along with teachers and students from the Division of Nursing Education of HKBU, participated in a funeral tour provided by the "Make Your Choice" Life & Death Education Hub.🪦Through the talk, they learned about life and death education. After the event, everyone enjoyed a pleasant lunch at Madam Hong Restaurant.☺️
