¡En clase de arte esta semana, nuestros angelitos estuvieron súper contentos creando sus propios collares y pulseras!📿💛

Con materiales tan sencillos como limpiapipas y pajillas, nuestros pequeños de preescolar echaron a andar su imaginación para crear algo por ellos mismos. Este es un ejemplo de tantas actividades que realizan en clase de arte y que les ayudan a desarrollar su creatividad, motricidad fina y concentración.

Al final de la clase los niños mostraron con mucho orgullo sus bellas creaciones, lo que nos recuerda que en cada niño hay un mundo de potencialades por desarrollar y descubrir. ✨

¡Cada niño es sin duda un artista único que tiene tantos talentos creativos para hacer de este mundo un lugar más bello!

This week in Art class, our preschoolers made their very own necklaces and bracelets and how excited they were to show off their wonderful masterpieces! 📿💛

What comes from very simple materials, like pipe cleaners and straws, our preschoolers are able to use their creativity to create something on their own, all while strengthening their creativity, fine motor skills and concentration.

And look at the joy of their smiles with their finished project! 😃
At the end of the class, the children proudly showed off their beautiful creations — reminding us that within every child is a world of potential waiting to be discovered. ✨

Every child is truly a unique artist, with creative talents that can make this world a more beautiful place!

✏️ Today is International Day of Education, a day to reflect and remember that education, and especially quality education, has the power to change the course of one’s life. Education opens doors to new discoveries, opportunities, experiences, and a new path of life for a child, their family and their future.

At Little Angels of Mary, education looks like a child learning their first letters, a mother writing their name for the first time, and a community being uplifted through knowledge.

Today, we would like to invite you to be a part of our mission by praying, donating, volunteering or cheering us on so we can keep providing the quality education that all human beings deserve.

May International Day of Education remind us how grateful we are for the beautiful gift of education we have received and motivate us to fight so that others can have that opportunity as well.

🎓✨ We joyfully celebrated the end of another beautiful school year of our two preschools in Santa Apolonia.

Our celebration was filled with smiles, proud moments, and grateful hearts as our 25 preschoolers closed the year surrounded by family, teachers, and community. 💛

This celebration marks a year of growth, learning, and love — and a reminder that every small step in education is key to build a brighter future.

Thank you to everyone who walked alongside us this year. Here’s to the journey ahead! 🌱

A moment of pride from our partner preschool, Little Angels of Mary, in Chuachun, Santa Apolonia!

One of the students received the Medal of Honor for Academic Excellence — a beautiful reminder of what’s possible when children are nurtured with love, curiosity, and opportunity.

Un momento de orgullo desde nuestro preescolar aliado, Pequeños Angelitos de María, en Chuachun, Santa Apolonia.

Uno de los alumnos recibió la Medalla de Honor a la Excelencia Académica, un hermoso recordatorio de lo que es posible cuando los niños crecen rodeados de amor, curiosidad y oportunidades.

🦁 Este 1 de octubre celebramos el Día del Niño con una alegre excursión al zoológico en donde cada niño abrió una ventana al mundo de la diversión, la curiosidad y el asombro.

🐒 Por varias semanas los niños estuvieron contando los días para ir al zoológico, ¡hasta que finalmente llegó el día tan esperado! Nuestros angelitos disfrutaron al máximo cada minuto en el zoológico, observaban detenidamente cada animal, se sorprendían, se reían y hacían todo tipo de preguntas. Definitivamente fue un día lleno de sorpresas, aprendizaje y mucha diversión.

❤️ Nuestro más profundo agradecimiento a todos los que apoyaron para hacer de esta celebración un día súper especial e inolvidable para nuestros angelitos.

We are very happy to collaborate with our friends of Planting Seeds International to bring quality education to more children in rural communities of Guatemala. ✏️🌟

Cuando dos organizaciones se unen, la transformación y los líderes se hacen visibles.

En Santa Apolonia, Chimaltenango 25 niñas y niños hoy aprenden jugando, creando y soñando. Gracias a la alianza entre Pequeños Ángeles de María y Plantando Semillas, la escuela ahora es un patio de imaginación, donde las voces tímidas se vuelven seguras y la creatividad florece.

Porque colaborar no solo suma esfuerzos: multiplica futuros.

🥗 Una buena nutrición desde una edad temprana es la base del aprendizaje y crecimiento para un futuro mejor. Es por ello que nuestros pequeños alumnos de preescolar son sometidos periódicamente a evaluaciones nutricionales para monitorear su crecimiento, peso, talla y salud general.

✅ Esto nos ayuda a garantizar que cada niño reciba la nutrición que necesita.
✅ También guía nuestro programa de alimentación diario, asegurando que sus pequeñas pancitas estén llenas y sus mentes listas para aprender.

Los resultados son increíbles: muchos de nuestros niños muestran mejoras constantes gracias a una alimentación saludable y continua, y a la ayuda de sus amorosas madres, quienes reciben retroalimentación de nuestra nutricionista. 💛

Estamos agradecidos con nuestros donantes y colaboradores que hacen todo esto posible. ¡Gracias a ustedes, nuestros pequeños angelitos están brillando y creciendo! 🌱🌟

🥗 A good nutrition from a very young age is the foundation for learning, growth, and a brighter future. That’s why our preschoolers go through periodic nutrition evaluations to track their growth, height, weight, and overall health.

✅ This helps us ensure that each child is receiving the nourishment they need.
✅ It also guides our daily meal program — making sure little tummies are full and little minds are ready to learn.

The results are amazing: many of our children are showing steady improvements thanks to consistent healthy meals, and the help of their loving mothers that recieve nutritional feedback from our nutritionist. 💛
