After an inspiring and productive season filled with projects, collaborations, research and learning, it's time for our team to recharge.

🤖 AI in Education is not just about technology, it is about people!

Last week, had the pleasure of hosting a three-day Erasmus+ training course in Thessaloniki, Greece, welcoming three dedicated teachers from the Gymnasio–Lykeio of Kato Pafos, Cyprus. Together, we explored how Artificial Intelligence can be integrated into education while safeguarding what matters most: learning, wellbeing, inclusion and meaningful human relationships.

Led by our trainer Eirini Kampa-Maltezopoulou , the programme combined interactive discussions, collaborative activities, practical case studies and action planning around:
🔹 AI fundamentals and educational applications
🔹 Ethical and responsible AI use in schools
🔹 Assessment in the age of generative AI
🔹 Student wellbeing and belonging
🔹 The evolving role of educators in an AI-enabled world
🔹 Practical strategies for implementing AI thoughtfully in everyday teaching

The experience extended beyond the classroom, giving participants the opportunity to discover the rich culture and hospitality of while building lasting professional connections.

A sincere thank you to the teachers from Gymnasio–Lykeio of Kato Pafos, Cyprus, for their active participation, insightful contributions and commitment to shaping the future of education. We also extend our appreciation to Eirini for facilitating an engaging, thought-provoking and inspiring learning experience.

Together, we continue building an education system where technology empowers educators, while human connection remains at the heart of every classroom.

🚦 CrossRoads Project News!

Την Τετάρτη 8 Ιουλίου 2026 πραγματοποιήσαμε στη Θεσσαλονίκη το εργαστήριο "Νέα Καριέρα μετά τα 45: Αλλάζοντας επαγγελματική πορεία με σχέδιο, αυτογνωσία και αυτοπεποίθηση" στο πλαίσιο του Erasmus+ έργου , με θέμα την ενδυνάμωση ενηλίκων 45+ που βρίσκονται σε στάδιο επαγγελματικής μετάβασης!

💜 Λόγω της μεγάλης συμμετοχής, χωρίσαμε τους συμμετέχοντες σε ομάδες, ώστε να δουλέψουμε πιο ουσιαστικά και τμηματικά με την facilitator μας. Μέσα από βιωματικές ασκήσεις, οι συμμετέχοντες εξερεύνησαν την προσωπική τους πορεία, ανακάλυψαν τις μεταφερόμενες δεξιότητές τους και έθεσαν τα πρώτα βήματα του δικού τους σχεδίου δράσης.

Παρουσιάστηκαν επίσης οι δύο βασικοί οδηγοί του έργου:

▶️«Συστηματικές διαδρομές προς την επαγγελματική ανανέωση»
▶️«Ενδυνάμωση των επαγγελματικών μεταβάσεων: Οδηγός δεξιοτήτων για ενήλικες άνω των 45 ετών»
γύρω από τους οποίους αναπτύχθηκε μετά μια πολύ ενδιαφέρουσα συζήτηση, με τους συμμετέχοντες να ανταλλάσσουν εμπειρίες και σκέψεις απολαμβάνοντας τον καφέ τους!

Στο τέλος της συνάντησης, κάθε συμμετέχων/ουσα παρέλαβε ένα gift bag με σημειωματάριο, στυλό, επαναχρησιμοποιούμενο μπουκάλι νερού και... σπόρους βασιλικού! 🌿 Μια μικρή αλλά συμβολική χειρονομία: όπως ένας σπόρος χρειάζεται φροντίδα, υπομονή και τον κατάλληλο χρόνο για να ανθίσει, έτσι και η επαγγελματική αναγέννηση μετά τα 45 είναι μια διαδικασία εφικτή, ζωντανή και γεμάτη δυνατότητες.

🤝Ευχαριστούμε όλους όσους συμμετείχαν για την ενέργεια, την ειλικρίνεια και τις ιστορίες τους. Η αλλαγή καριέρας μετά τα 45 δεν είναι μόνο εφικτή, είναι μια ευκαιρία για επανεκκίνηση!
