DreamTeam DreamTeam implements activities and international mobilities designed by youth for youth. DreamTeam is a non-profit organization.

DreamTeam consists of youth workers, trainers and volunteers with great experience in Erasmus+ projects such as international exchanges, seminars, training courses, EVS. After having worked together for a long time, we realized we should put this expertise into further use by forming this NGO and educate young people, open their minds towards understanding and accepting European identity, help the

m discover volunteer work, learn about different cultures, make their voices heard to their communities, develop their creativity and expand their horizons. DreamTeam activities are based on non-formal education methods and experiential learning. Culture, arts, creativity, youth active participation, social inclusion, solidarity and tolerance, mutual understanding and respect, human rights, ecology, sustainable living, European awareness are the core elements of our group. We aim to promote solidarity and tolerance between youngsters of different backgrounds and of fewer opportunities and to give them the chance to acquire international experience. We aspire to inform youngsters of the existing opportunities of Erasmus+ programs in order to learn and motivate them to become a part of a broader community of people who can drive change and contribute to a better future towards European consciousness, and their own personal development. Activities:
- International youth exchanges (sending organization)
We have been partners for a lot of projects around Europe. This way we are raising awareness of Erasmus+ and non-formal education. Every year we are sending many youth workers and volunteers to trainings, seminars, youth exchanges etc. We have been involved in the organization of many different projects as trainers and facilitators and as background organizers as well. Our implemented projects have been mainly connected with youth participation, human rights, and non-formal education.

- International youth exchanges (hosting organization)
Our implemented projects have been mainly connected with youth participation, intercultural dialog and social inclusion.

- Local community actions in Athens and in Tinos island where we are mainly active.

Όχι, δεν έχουμε συνέλθει ακόμα από το Winter EUROCAMP στη Γερμανία γι'αυτό θα σας πούμε περισσότερα.... ❄️🇩🇪

Ήρθε η ώρα να σας μιλήσουμε για την εμπειρία μας από το εκπαιδευτικό πρόγραμμα Erasmus+ 'Common Things' που πραγματοποιήθηκε από 24 έως 31 Μαΐου 2026 στη Σικελία 🇮🇹 🇪🇺

To 'Common Things' μόνο.. common δεν ήταν! Εάν απίστευτο πρόγραμμα στο οποίο διερευνήσαμε πως ως youth workers μπορούμε να αποκαλύψουμε και να αμφισβητήσουμε τη δυναμική του οργανωμένου εγκλήματος.
 
Η ομάδα μας συμμετείχε με 4 youth workers που εκπροσώπησαν την DreamTeam και τη χώρα μας 🇬🇷

Στη διαρκεια των 8 ημερών μάθαμε την πραγματική ιστορία της ιταλικής μαφίας και κατανοήσαμε καλύτερα το είναι, πέρα από τα όσα ξέρουμε από τις ταινίες και τις σειρές. Επισκεφθήκαμε το συγκλονιστικό No mafia memorial museum και ήρθαμε αντιμέτωποι με τη φρικιαστική δράση της μαφίας στην περιοχή, αντιληφθήκαμε τον κοινωνικό αντίκτυπο αλλά και τις προσπάθειες που γίνονται για την εξάλειψή της.

Θέλεις να μάθεις πώς να μετατρέπεις τα προβλήματα των νέων σε impactful projects;

Το Problem2Project είναι ένα εκπαιδευτικό πρόγραμμα για youth workers που βασίζεται σε μεθόδους μη τυπικής εκπαίδευσης και βιωματικής μάθησης.
Μέσα από εργαλεία όπως το problem tree, το iceberg model, το stakeholder mapping και το Problem2Project Canvas, οι συμμετέχοντες θα μάθουν πώς να αναλύουν ουσιαστικά τις ανάγκες και τα προβλήματα των νέων και να τα μετατρέπουν σε στοχευμένες και αποτελεσματικές δράσεις και projects.

Are you 16–25 years old and interested in joining an international Erasmus+ programme focused on health, wellbeing, self-care and youth empowerment? 💚

Then the Erasmus+ Youth Exchange “Focus on Health: Women” might be exactly the experience you are looking for ✨

📍 The Youth Exchange will take place in Nyíregyháza, Hungary, from 29 May to 5 June 2026, with young people from:
🇬🇷 Greece
🇵🇱 Poland
🇭🇺 Hungary

👥 Each national team consists of:
• 6 participants
• + 1 group leader

🇬🇷 The Greek team is currently looking for 3 more participants due to recent cancellations.

💬 The project focuses on topics such as:
• youth health and wellbeing
• stress management and lifestyle balance
• self-care and mental health
• breaking stereotypes and taboos
• the importance of health education and awareness

✨ Through non-formal education activities, workshops, intercultural evenings, team-building activities and cooperation with young people from other countries, participants will have the opportunity to:
• develop social and communication skills
• gain more self-confidence
• discover new cultures
• step out of their comfort zone
• create international friendships 🌍

🏨 Accommodation will take place at Korona Hotel in Nyíregyháza, in 2–4 person rooms with private bathrooms.

💸 Accommodation, food and activity costs are covered by the Erasmus+ programme, while travel costs will be reimbursed according to Erasmus+ rules.
No participation fee.

Χθες πραγματοποιήθηκαν τα εγκαίνια του νέου χώρου της DreamTeam σε μια γιορτινή βραδιά καθώς γιορτάσαμε παράλληλα και τα 10 χρόνια παρουσίας και δράσης μας!🎈

Μια δεκαετία γεμάτη όνειρα, ιδέες που έγιναν πραγματικότητα, απίστευτες εμπειρίες, κοινωνικές δράσεις, νέες φιλίες, ταξίδια, συνεργασίες και στιγμές που μας διαμόρφωσαν και μας έφεραν μέχρι εδώ.

Ο νέος μας χώρος σηματοδοτεί μια νέα αρχή γεμάτη δημιουργικότητα, εξέλιξη και ακόμα περισσότερες δράσεις και εκπαιδευτικές ευκαιρίες για την κοινότητά μας.

What does your food taste like outside of your home when you are travelling to another country or living abroad?
What is the importance of food in every culture?
Food is not about being hungry, it is about comfort, how you organize meals, how you take some time to relax and not eat fast in France… Food connects and brings back all the good memories in Czechia… The joy of sharing your food with friends and family multiplies it in Egypt as food is about people.. Ukrainian cuisine is much more than food but it shapes identity, it is about home and family. Mom and grandma's food warms the heart and connects with our hometown so there is always a point of return for Portugese. And what about Georgian food culture?
