When these posts pop up... I have to hold back tears...

"Delivering another inspiring workshop" are words I would never use to describe myself.. but seeing the top level of not the home but the care group itself describe it like this, is humbling.

There's nothing I love than working with care groups, going between the different homes and delivering these workshops to those amazing and beautiful residents.

This post is proof... that this is being recognised which is honestly one of the most rewarding things , knowing I am making that difference is everything to me 💕

10th October is World Mental Health Day 🌏

Mental health is an incredibly important aspect to take into consideration when design and run workshops like I do.

That's why my wellbeing workshops for care homes and creative workshops for adults with learning disabilities aren't focused just on the PHYSICAL end result, it's the mental one too.
