ROCK STEADY

Our low impact class for rockers who need a gentler bit of movement but still want to have a boogie!

Today was just amazing.

We welcomed back our beautiful Jane! 🌸

We had some real connections with the music this morning. Sometimes music triggers memories and today was one of those. In a special way 🖤

I know this photo is missing lots of our amazing Rock Steady ladies. You know I love you all!

Rock Steady has become more than a class. Even more than a community. We are a family. We care for each other and have built something truly special together.

Thank you all for being your authentic selves. I’m so grateful to be a part of this with you 🫶🏽

A huge thank you to Richard Wills Training Associates for their fantastic donation of equipment to Rothbury Hall today.

This will enable our community groups to provide education and workshops and also gives us the scope to set up new ventures.

It was great to meet Richard who is a management and leadership training specialist. We hope to see him at one of our future events.

💜 £10 THERAPY SLOTS NOW AVAILABLE 💜

Because time is short… and therapy is expensive.

My name is Karen Newell, founder of Tribe Therapy Services Ltd. I am a qualified and experienced Talking Therapist, Neurodiversity Coach, NLP & Hypnotherapy Practitioner, currently studying for my Psychology Degree, and most importantly, someone with lived experience.

As a late-diagnosed AuDHD woman, raising a neurodivergent family, I understand that life can be complicated, overwhelming and sometimes incredibly lonely. I also know that getting support isn’t always easy, especially when cost becomes a barrier.

That’s why I’ve opened a limited number of £10 therapy slots for our local community.

Our first Community Get Together at Rothbury Community Hall is happening THIS WEDNESDAY!

👀Here’s the running order:

🕘9am-10am: Rock Steady, this is my low impact dance class to epic classic rock music! We keep the moves simple and there is no pressure to get things ‘right’! This is about having a laugh, great tunes and moving our bodies gently!

🕙10am-11am: Coffee morning! This is for everyone. Whether your 1 or 100, we want to see your faces! There will be hot drinks and snacks provided to you for a voluntary donation. Pay what you can - this is about getting together and enjoying our community spaces!

You are welcome to come to just Rock Steady, just the coffee morning or to both.
