West Cumbria Stroke Support Hub starting tomorrow at Seaton Village Hall!

Great job this afternoon grass cutting, weeding and bedding re-replanting by Seaton Village Hall volunteers and trustees.

However massive respect to the young lads who went past on bikes asked if we wanted help.

I think they lost count of the weeds pulled out!

What grafters and good see the youth getting involved and looking after our village asset.

We are becoming limited on space for hire at weekends so if you have a party planned then get in-touch.

We also hire to regular weekly classes such as baby groups, yoga and fitness groups and have a new Stroke Support Group this month hosted by Gemma Gartland. See more details in the comments.

Also don’t forget it’s Seaton Childrens Carnival next weekend Saturday 13th of June paraded across the streets finishing up at the hall. So come out and support the carnival and local businesses rain or shine and keep a tradition going that we have had for over 100 years!

Line the streets and bring some small change to donation to Seaton Children’s Carnival.

Kettlebell Blast
50 min total body work out using kettlebells. Great way to burn calories and build strength.

If you’ve never experienced Baby Sensory before, our award-winning classes are specially designed for babies from birth to 13 months, using music, movement, sensory play, lights, sounds and baby-safe activities to support learning, development and bonding in the most wonderful way 💫

Every session is completely baby-led, so there’s never any pressure for your baby to “perform” — feeding, cuddles, naps and settling are always welcomed 🤍

This term is packed full of fabulous themes including:
🌈 Rainbows
🐻 Animals
💦 Water Splash – with real water for babies to safely explore and experience!
✨ Plus lots more magical sensory fun throughout the term
