🐹 🐰 🦜We currently have 52 guinea pigs and rabbits within our care and not including all of our feathered friends (budgies, cockatiels, ring necks, quaker, quails, chickens, finches and canaries and a love bird) a lot of these guests are permanent guests, so living their lives and enjoying their time within the sanctuary. We are due to go to our supplier on Saturday to restock our supplies, with bedding being our main purchase as we do constantly need to replenish as we are constantly cleaning out our beautiful guests to make sure they are happy and healthy. Plus any additional funding will go towards other items like complimentary pellets.

Byron’s Sanctuary - Rescue Sanctuary For Guinea Pigs, Rabbits and Birds

Just a couple of clips this evening to show you where your much needed donations will be going towards….our herd of girl guinea pigs (with a neutered boar) this is a 3 storey massive home with an outdoor area, for our guinea pigs to enjoy their time with us. Plus our aviary that has this outdoor area plus an indoor area so they can be warmer during the night and colder days. We do also have numerous other homes that need constantly cleaning out. So your donations big or small will all help us within our beautiful sanctuary. Anything extra will of course go towards hay, wood pellets, complimentary pellets and straw.

🧡Our funds are all gone. 😔 And we are desperately needing bedding to keep us topped up. As we have used all our current stock.
💛See below 👇 I went and got just a few items with our remaining balance to keep us ticking over. All woodshavings have been used and we do need to keep our guests happy and cleaned out constantly. We on average spend about £50 very 5 days just on wood shavings. This isn’t including wood pellets for the rabbits litter trays, or straw during the colder months. We also would very much appreciate any funding to help us get more stock of complimentary pellets for our guests. And to be able to continue to purchase much needed daily hay, which we buy in huge bales. Plus of course veggies that are given during the week is also an additional to our funding.
💚We thank each and everyone of you over the festive period for your help and support.
