Help raise funds towards a new safety boat. The funding is needed now because our current safety provision is ageing and increasing demand for watersports activities means we need reliable, fit-for-purpose equipment to continue operating safely and effectively. Without ongoing investment, our ability to deliver high-quality maritime activities could be restricted.
The project will directly benefit more than 80 young people currently attending the Group and support future growth, with over 50 young people currently on our waiting list. The enhanced safety provision will allow young people to participate in challenging outdoor activities with confidence, while learning valuable skills in teamwork, leadership, water safety and personal responsibility. Parents, volunteers and the wider community will also benefit from improved safety standards during water-based activities and events.
