Who’s coming canoeing this Saturday? 🛶

We have just 4 spaces left for our Women’s Beginner-Friendly Canoeing Taster Session in Hertfordshire!

If you’ve been thinking about trying something new or just want to enjoy a morning on the water with a supportive group of women, this is the sign you’ve been waiting for.

We’ll be on the calm waters of Cheshunt Lake for two hours, learning the basics of paddling and steering. No experience is needed, and all equipment plus a friendly instructor are included.

📍 Location: Herts Young Mariners Base, Cheshunt
⏰ Time: 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM (Please arrive by 9:50 AM)

Days 3 & 4 of our Isle of Wight adventure 🥾🌊

Day 3 saw us tackle a fantastic 20km coastal hike from Fort Victoria, taking in Freshwater Bay, Alum Bay and the iconic Needles.

Day 4 was a shorter walk from the beautiful village of Godshill, exploring Appuldurcombe House and the Obelisk before heading home.

Four days of walking, laughter, friendship and incredible scenery. Thank you to all the amazing women who joined us on this adventure ❤️

🌊 Isle of Wight Adventure – Days 1 & 2 ☔🥾

What a fantastic start to our Isle of Wight adventure!

Day 1 saw us exploring the beautiful east coast around Bembridge, with coastal views, wildlife, harbours, beaches and plenty of fresh sea air. It was lovely to welcome both familiar faces and some new adventurers as we set off to discover another corner of this wonderful island.

Today’s weather had other ideas, so we swapped our planned coastal route for an inland adventure around Brighstone and Mottistone. Instead of battling the elements on exposed cliffs, we spent much of the day sheltered beneath ancient trees, winding through peaceful woodland, hidden paths and rolling countryside.

Adventure is all about adapting, and despite the rain we still managed plenty of smiles, good conversation and muddy boots!

A huge well done to everyone for embracing whatever the Isle of Wight decided to throw at us today. Looking forward to seeing what the next couple of days bring. 🌿

Ready for a fresh coastal breeze and a good challenge? 🌊

Join us on Saturday 20th June for a stunning circular hike through the Oare Estuary and Nagden Marshes near Faversham. This 19km Moderate+ walk is the perfect way to spend a Saturday: exploring the beautiful Kent coastline while connecting with an amazing community of women.

We’ll be winding our way through the marshes, taking in the sea air, and enjoying the big open skies that make this part of the country so special. Whether you’re a regular hiker or looking to step up your distance, this is a brilliant opportunity to challenge yourself in a safe and supportive environment.

Massive well done to the incredible group who reached the summit of Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon) last Sunday! 🏔️✨

Reaching the top is such an awesome achievement, and we couldn’t be prouder of everyone’s grit and determination. The views were spectacular, but the team spirit was even better!

What an incredible effort today in the Chiltern Hills! ☀️🥾 19km around stunning Marlow on what turned out to be a properly hot one. A huge well done to everyone who joined: you all smashed it! The views were worth every step! 🏔️✨

Ready for a proper leg stretcher? 🥾

There’s something so rewarding about a Big Day Out on the South Downs. This upcoming Bank Holiday Monday, we’re heading out for a 19km loop packed with big skies, rolling chalk hills and rewarding views. From the heights of Mount Caburn to the stunning Kingston Ridge, it’s the perfect route to clear the head and challenge the legs.

Jane is leading this one and can’t wait to explore with you. We’ll be starting and finishing at Lewes Station, with 478m of ascent : so expect a good workout alongside classic South Downs scenery. This is a Grade 3 hike, ideal if you’re looking to push yourself a little more while still being part of a friendly, supportive group of women. 🥾✨

What a day for it ☀️
Our Chess Valley walk on Saturday was an absolute beauty. 19km of rolling hills, woodland trails and sunshine from start to finish 🌳✨

It was lovely seeing everyone chatting, laughing and just enjoying being outdoors together. A really nice group and such a good atmosphere all day and huge well done to everyone for smashing the distance 👏🥾

Also a big Adventure Women welcome to Liz, who joined the team as one of our walk leaders this weekend 🥳 We’re really excited to have her onboard and can’t wait for more adventures together.
