Superb evening for the CPRW Ceredigion Branch !

A big thank you to everyone who joined us last night for our evening with Dylan Iorwerth — and stayed afterwards to continue the conversation.

It was a thoughtful and memorable talk about landscape, language, culture and community, and a powerful reminder that landscape is much more than what we see. It holds our history, our place names, our memories and the life of the communities within it.

Thank you to Dylan for such an engaging evening, and to everyone who came along and helped make it such a success.

🌿 Glyndŵr National Park: What next for Wales' landscapes?

The Welsh Government has announced that it is minded not to proceed with the proposed Glyndŵr National Park, but no final decision has been made.

A further four-week engagement period is now open, giving interested parties until 11th November 2026 to submit additional evidence and representations.

CPRW is calling for a clear, long-term vision to protect Wales' outstanding landscapes, whatever form that protection takes.
