For one day only, the owner of a remarkable private collection of historic motor cars has generously opened it in support of Wappenham Village Hall.
This is an opportunity to go behind the garage doors and discover the stories, engineering and craftsmanship behind a collection that is not normally open to the public.
Those stories are shared by the owner himself, drawing on many years of restoring, maintaining and driving the cars in the collection. Driven on the road, raced and toured, these cars continue to be enjoyed exactly as they were intended to be โ machines in motion.
Hear about previous owners, the challenges of sympathetic restoration, the engineering decisions behind each project, and the ingenuity needed to keep these historic vehicles on the road. Selected vehicles will be started during the tour, giving visitors the chance to experience their distinctive character as well as their sound.
These are not museum exhibits or static displays. They are cars that continue to be driven, maintained and enjoyed, preserving an important part of automotive engineering and heritage.
The guided tours are hosted by the owner of the collection, who is also Chairman of the Bugatti Owners' Club.
