Happy National Fitness Day! Today we are celebrating how staying active builds healthy minds, strong bodies, and happy voices.

Physical movement plays a huge role in developing sensory processing, balance, and motor skills. Whether it is running through an obstacle course, playing team sport or swimming, keeping our bodies moving helps our students express themselves with confidence.
