It's been a full year of Lou from Tranquil Space running her Sound Baths here at the eco centre. They've been very popular and well-received.

Her next Sound Baths are this Friday evening and Saturday lunchtime, and if you're quick and lucky enough, you can grab one of the last remaining places.
