To support World Mental Health Day, CACD hosted a “Planting Hope” wellbeing workshop in Markethill.

Participants decorated their own terracotta pots before planting a spring bulb to take home. 🌷 The activity provided a relaxing opportunity to get creative, chat with others and take some time for wellbeing.

As the bulbs grow and begin to flower over the coming months, they will provide a simple reminder that there is always something to look forward to.

Thank you to everyone who took part and helped make the workshop a lovely morning.

A special thanks to PWB Mental Health Campaign 2026 Micro Grants Fund, for providing the funding to make this event possible.
