๐Ÿ‘‰ Join our community: https://chat.whatsapp.com/EKId99G3omw8TYRfGn6xBG We meet for walks and other social events, with the idea of just getting men talking. We aren t counsellors or psychologists, just a group of blokes who are willing to help others in similar situations. All our events and walks are free to attend with no appointment necessary. We are trying to break the stigma of men talking about their mental health and well-being, one step at a time .

It is easy to blame others when emotions run high, but our own behavior often dictates the responses we receive. Instead of pointing fingers, focus on expressing your feelings clearly and treating others with the same respect you expect for your own family. How do you handle emotional conflicts in your relationships?

We often decline social plans out of habit or fear of the aftermath. Challenge yourself to show up just once, even without the pressure to drink. You might be surprised at how much you actually enjoy the connection.

Golfing or hitting a rage room can turn pure frustration into something cleansing. There is something deeply satisfying about letting go of stress through sheer physical release. Have you ever tried a rage room to vent your day?

Winter hibernation doesn't have to feel overwhelming. By prepping your space with extra lamps, taking vitamins, and prioritizing movement now, you can stay ahead of the darker days. Small habits make a big difference when the afternoon sun disappears. How are you preparing for the season?

Showing an old cassette Walkman to someone who has only ever known digital streaming is a hilarious lesson in history. From the struggle of fast-forwarding to using a pencil to fix the tape, technology has come a long way. Have you tried showing retro tech to someone recently?

A stranger once tried to take a tablet out of my child's hands in a pub, claiming we shouldn't need it. People don't realize that screen time is sometimes the only way parents get a moment of peace. Don't touch other people's kids or their belongings.

๐ŸŽ™๏ธ **FANCY A GO BEHIND THE MIC?**

We're looking for another voice to join the Back & Forth podcast team!

Over 100 episodes, thousands of downloads, some incredible guests, serious conversations and plenty of absolute nonsense along the way! ๐Ÿ˜‚

Now we're looking for someone to join Dan, Vish and Will to help keep the conversations flowing when one of us can't make it.

๐ŸŽง No podcasting experience needed.
๐Ÿ˜‚ A sense of humour definitely helps.
๐Ÿ’ฌ Be yourself, have a chat and don't be afraid to get stuck in!

๐Ÿ“ **We record on Tuesday mornings at 9:30am in Coventry**, so you'll need to be available to join us when needed.

It's a voluntary role, with no expectation to record every week.

**Think you'd be a good fit? Or know someone who would?**

Drop us a message. We'd love to hear from you!

Panic attacks can turn everyday moments like holiday shopping into overwhelming challenges. Grounding yourself in the rain or avoiding crowds becomes a coping mechanism to regain control. It is a constant balance between staying connected with the world and protecting your own mental peace.

It is easy to keep things inside so you don't burden others, but that silence only hurts more. True strength isn't about handling everything alone; it is about being open when things get tough. Talking about your feelings can change everything. Tag someone who always listens.

We're teaching our kids to verbalize their emotions instead of internalizing them. Explaining why we might be stressed or upset helps them understand and process their own feelings, fostering healthier communication.
