Great opportunity to play outside with friends and work up an appetite before enjoying some hot food back at the Hub - Tuesdays after school from next week.

Play sessions with East Lothian Play Association - ELPA are open to anyone and you can drop in (under 8s must be accompanied by an adult).

Dzisiaj będzie trochę o Szkocji, trochę o emigracji, ale przede wszystkim o siatkówce. I to nie tylko o tym, ile osób potrafi odbić piłkę, zanim poleci ona w krzaki...

Moim gościem jest Marek Wodzien - człowiek, który przyjechał do Szkocji w 2006 roku jako 21-latek. Przyjechał trochę po przygodę, trochę po język, trochę po pomysł na siebie.

Marek jest związany z Glasgow Outdoor Volleyball, a także stworzył własny projekt, Luźno Academy.

I właśnie o tym „luźno” będziemy dzisiaj rozmawiać. Bo może się okazać, że za tym słowem kryje się całkiem poważna filozofia życia.

As part of Maths week, funded by Edinburgh Mathematical Society, we be running 2 free sessions of football by numbers on Saturday 26th September.

This also includes pack lunch for each child as part of our community diners.
