For those who have never been to a Man Down group before… We offer a very informal, safe and relaxed environment for men of all ages (18+), who are struggling with any kind of mental health issues.

Our sessions are designed to be as inclusive as possible with no judgement, only support and understanding from people who can be there to listen and support you.

It’s free to attend and there is no need to book.

Torrington: Free adult cycle training sessions
Celebrate Naturally Healthy May with our free adult cycle training!

Across May, Active Devon is offering free sessions to get your confidence back on two wheels, allowing you to explore more of Devon and connect actively to nature.

Cycle Confidence sessions: Saturday 23 May

All sessions are completely free of charge, including bike and helmet rental, and take place in groups of up to 3. Slots are available between 10am and 4pm.
