Royal Society of Biology - Outreach and Engagement Grants

The Royal Society of Biology (RSB) is inviting applications for its Outreach Grants 2026. The aim of the grants is to run a citizen science projects.

The fund is part of the RSB's mission to enhance understanding of the life sciences across diverse communities.

Get creative, meet new people and have some fun in a friendly, safe welcoming space.

The cardfactory Foundation has relaunched its Community Fund, moving from 50 grants of £5,000 to 25 unrestricted grants of £10,000 each.

Applications open on Monday 22 June 2026 an close on Friday 3rd July 2026.

The Royal British Legion (RBL) has launched a new Community Grants Programme to support projects that help members of the Armed Forces community connect with others in their local area.

Funding will support projects that bring people together, reduce loneliness and help Armed Forces communities access local support.

Without our amazing volunteers we would not have been able to reach our 26th Year anniversary!

Our volunteers are the backbone of the project. We have volunteer teams helping with clothing and food parcels, the teaching of English, volunteers helping with offering community activities and a team of volunteers helping with our Community Café offering a free hot meal every week. They are all truly AMAZING!

Lloyds Bank Foundation aims to support “more community organisations than ever before” as part of a new nine-year strategy.

Their new strategy aims to support more community organisations than ever across England and Wales by increasing the amount of funding, time and support it provides each year, using its link with Lloyds Banking Group to unlock additional resources, while targeting impact in every parliamentary constituency by 2030 and focusing on community led change in 100 neighbourhoods by 2035.
