We would like to thank everyone who donated to raise money for us and Brain Tumour Research, for those who cheered us on, provided snacks, and gave words of encouragement 🫂

We are so sorry to hear that 3 Royal Navy personnel have died in the helicopter crash at Sourton yesterday morning.

We regularly work alongside these aircrews and they are always expert, cheerful and keen to assist. Just last month we had Ten Tors, where we worked with the Army, Royal Navy and the MOD.

Our thoughts are with their families, friends and colleagues at this sad time.

🚨Callout🚨 Incident #15. 20th May

At 19:54, during our weekly training exercise, the Team was called to assist the Police in a search for a person deemed to be at high risk.

It was fortunate that the person was not far from where our exercise was taking place, as visibility was rapidly reducing as mist and low cloud moved in ☁️

Once spotted a couple of team members escorted Police personnel to the location and the person was left in their care. We then completed our training exercise.

Sam Culley is undertaking a massive task, whilst fundraising for Mountain Rescue England and Wales ... Hiking the entire South West Coast Path!

His fundraising journey has already seen him reach £32,000, but it would be fantastic if we could help him reach more.

Stephen Russell, who has already raised over £4.5k for Mountain Rescue England and Wales, sets off on the Two Moors Way (aka Devon Coast to Coast) later this week (15th to 21st). He's starting at Wembury and heading north and his route plan is on the link page too.
