We feel so blessed to be able to host these free funded activities for women in our community. ❀️
Bringing women together to relax, laugh, connect, learn, eat together and support one another is incredibly special and it’s wonderful to see new friendships forming along the way. Having such a beautiful, warm, modern hall to use makes every session even more enjoyable.
Last Friday, we enjoyed a lovely Qigong and meditation session with Amy. 11 wonderful ladies joined us and everyone left feeling deeply relaxed after the 2-hour session. In today’s busy world, activities like these are so important in helping women and mums take some much-needed time for themselves.
Our next session is Breathwork with the amazing Dr Saloni Surah:

A lovely way to round off the week and welcome the weekend ✨

On Friday evening, we shared nourishing food (Greek salad, tzatziki and jacket potatoes) alongside plenty of chat and laughter as we explored how different foods affect us.
We began with a short conscious eating practice, tuning into how our bodies responded, and then let the conversation flow. We talked about the foods that make us feel good (and not so good), our habits around eating, snacking and cravings and even touched on food combining. There was so much wisdom shared, along with some real lightbulb moments πŸ’‘
We were also lucky enough to spend the first hour outside on the village hall lawn, soaking up the sunshine β˜€οΈ ...just perfect 😊

If this sounds like your kind of space, you’re very welcome to join us for the next session on 6th May, 12:30–14:30, where we’ll be enjoying a soothing sound bath πŸ’œ

πŸŽ„βœ¨ Calling Local Businesses βœ¨πŸŽ„

We’re hosting a free Christmas Pamper Evening for amazing local mums and women at Cotebrook Village Hall β€” a relaxing night to celebrate and care for those who do so much for others. πŸ’–πŸ’†β€β™€οΈ

We’d love to fill our goody bags with small donated items to help make the night feel extra special – think samples, treats, vouchers or little gifts. 🎁

We’re not asking for money – just thoughtful donations from kind-hearted local businesses who’d like to give something back this Christmas. We have a small budget for the event which has been partially funded by The National Lottery Community Fund. However, to make the evening extra special, we would like to go that extra mile and give a little extra to those who attend.

There are 2 wonderful ways local businesses can get involved:

1️⃣ Donate items for our goody bags β€” samples, treats, vouchers or little gifts to help make the evening feel extra special. 🎁

2️⃣ Offer a service on the night β€” we’d love to hear from beauticians, healers, therapists, hairdressers, tarot readers, singers, or anyone who can bring a touch of magic to the evening. ✨

We already have a number of wonderful supporters on board, including:

πŸ’†β€β™€οΈ Carla Bloomfield - offering mini facials
🀲 Ashleigh from Unalome Healing - offering hand massages
🌸 Ariana Osteopath - offering a voucher for a new state-of-the-art pelvic floor chair
πŸ’¬ Helen, a local counsellor - offering a voucher

And more to come...

SAVE THE DATE!
πŸ“… Friday 5th December | 6–10pm | Cotebrook Village Hall - https://facebook.com/events/s/womens-pamper-evening-concert-/24869273459367108/

If you’d like to get involved, we’d love to hear from you β€” please drop us a message! πŸ™πŸΎ
