Hey everyone!

I’m back at Winnington Community Building this month for our regular mid week Soundbath session 🧘🏻‍♀️ (no Sunday sesh this month!)

As we move into summer, prioritise some time for yourself to take a breath, slow down, and rest without guilt ♥️

Come along and enjoy a relaxing hour in this beautiful sound bath from the Crystal Singing Bowls, Koshi Chimes, Ocean Drum, and Handpan❤️

🧘🏻‍♀️ All you need to do is get comfy, set your intentions, and allow the relaxing sounds and vibrations to wash through you…

Just bring a mat and anything else that makes you feel comfy and relaxed! (Blanket/pillow/pj’s welcome!)

☀️ Finally some sunshine 🌞 is coming! ☀️
I really appreciate all your support it means so much and keeps me going all year round!!
Please continue with your support so I can keep running classes 5 days a week for you all. You could always visit the local parks after class or the paddling pool which is back open again!
