What a week it was! 💙From seaside adventures to Whitley Bay 🌊, and sweet treats with our Young Carers 🍭, to community stalls, exercise classes, fun activities and everything in between- it's been a week full of connection, laughter and celebrating carers.

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who joined in, liked, shared, and helped spread the word about Carers Week. To our incredible partners and organisations who hosted their own events and raised awareness, and most importantly, to every carer in Sunderland...

WE NEED YOUR HELP!! We are a local charity based in Pennywell shopping centre next to Asda. We offer a day care service that supports people living at home with dementia, which enables them to continue to socialise and enjoy participating in activities, entertainment and outings. There is so many people out there that would really benefit from our support but unaware we are here. This is the part where we really need your to help 🙏 We are asking if everyone could like and share our post. We would also love to hear from anyone who can help share or distribute our leaflets, display one of our posters or can recommend any where our posters can be displayed. So come on everyone lets turn Facebook purple and help us reach those people who need us 🙏💜THANK YOU 💜
