Step Back in Time for a Medieval Christmas!

Ever wondered why we decorate our homes with holly and ivy, eat mince pies or celebrate the Twelve Days of Christmas? And what exactly is wassailing?

Join Stone Choral Society for A Medieval Christmas, an entertaining journey through the history of our festive traditions, from ancient midwinter celebrations to medieval feasting, dancing and merrymaking.

Discover the stories behind Christmas customs and carols, with opportunities to join in singing both familiar favourites and music dating back to medieval times.

What a fantastic afternoon we had at our Come & Sing Rutter Requiem workshop! 🎶

It was wonderful to welcome so many guest singers to join us — what a brilliant sound you made!

A special thank you too to our wonderful young performers, who shared their talents with us and made the afternoon even more special. 🌟
