Recently, cadets from 266 (Stockton) Squadron had the privilege of visiting The Beeches Care Home in Stockton-on-Tees. Where they spent time chatting, sharing stories, and hearing firsthand experiences from residents over some tea and cake!

Some of the residents had served in the Royal Air Force, so it was especially meaningful when our Cadets arrived in blue. The conversations bridged generations, with memories of service, aircraft, and life in the Royal Air Force sparking genuine connection and pride.

A simple visit, but a powerful reminder of the value of time, respect, and shared service. We’re grateful for the warm welcome and look forward to returning soon. Huge thanks to Beeches Care Home for hosting us. The cadets thoroughly enjoyed their visit!

Recently, cadets from 266 (Stockton), 405 (Darlington) & 2394 (East Cleveland) Squadrons visited RAF Coningsby.

Cadets were able to visit the BBMF, Typhoon Squadrons and Air Traffic Control. Huge thanks to the teams at RAF Coningsby for hosting us. The cadets thoroughly enjoyed the visit!

Yesterday, for the first time in 2026 our cadets have been out volunteering with RAFA Stockton and Thornaby Branch on their stall.

Yesterday, we were in Tesco, Stockton. We raised a whopping £840!
