We want to say the biggest thank you to our neighbours Andrada, Mick, Keith, James and Dean from Adur District Council who spent an entire day making our Centre beautiful.

Please join us in thanking them. They are always there to help us when we need it (like fetching things off the roof and helping the vertically challenged members of staff - Rebekah - open the parking barrier 😆) and we couldn't ask for a nicer bunch of people to have beside us.

We’d like to say a huge thank you to Andrada, Mick, Keith, James and Dean in our parks team, who recently volunteered to help tidy the grounds of Sussex MS Centre in Southwick. 👏

The team can usually be found caring for and maintaining green spaces across the district, particularly in Southwick. But this time, they went the extra mile to lend a helping hand to a very special local charity.

Sussex MS Centre provides vital therapy, guidance and support to people living with multiple sclerosis (MS), a lifelong condition affecting the central nervous system. The centre helps people living with MS improve their wellbeing, build confidence and live more fulfilling lives.

We’re proud of our team for supporting such a worthwhile cause.

A huge thank you to everyone at Sussex MS Centre for the fantastic work you do to support people in our community. We hope your staff, volunteers and visitors enjoy the refreshed plants and shrubs around the centre!

The group was created to support people living with progressive MS and provide space for connection, support, and community.

Thank you to everyone who took part in our Mile for MS sponsored walk, and to everyone who donated to their sponsorships.

We raised £2,505 for the Centre which is absolutely fantastic!

All of this money will go towards supporting our members, keeping our Centre open to everyone who relies on it for essential classes, therapies, and services.

This weekend we held our first ever Mile for MS event at Brooklands Park. Weren't we lucky with the weather?!

Thank you to everyone who took part, supported, and a special thank you and congratulations to our members: Jenny, Angela, Andy, and Richard who completed the mile challenge.

A huge thank you to Mill Road Putting and Cafe who once again chose to support us with their annual charity putting tournament.

They raised £367.10 for our charity! Join us in thanking them for this generous donation.

If you are ever in Arundel, please consider giving them a visit as they have beautiful grounds and a lovely cafe! Alongside our charity, their annual tournament supports other local charities and organisations.

We are so lucky to be supported by local businesses and we thank them for their generosity and community spirit!

We want to say a huge thank you and congratulations to Caroline & Neale Sterio who recently got married and chose to ask their friends and family to donate to our Centre as part of their nuptials.

Together, they raised £757.68!!

We are so grateful to the happy couple and we thank them and all of their guests for being so generous. We also want to wish them a very happy life together.
