It’s such a simple idea: you can either check the free BanktheFood app to find out what your local food bank needs most or check out our page, then check your cupboards, match five items and donate them - easy peasy!

If enough of us do this, it'll add up fast.

We are often asked "what do you always need?" below is a list of our most frequently low items. If you would like to donate any of these to us no matter how many we would be very grateful.

If you would like to donate to us financially either as a one off donation or a regular monthly standing order please get in touch.

If you are thinking of donating to us in the coming weeks we are running low on the following:

Tinned meats - hot variety like meatballs, minced beef...
Tinned meats - cold variety like ham
Spaghetti hoops
Custard
Rice pudding
Pasta sauces
Indian/Chinese cooking sauces
Deodorant - mens and womens

Starting tomorrow at The Hive URC in Southminster, MIND will be hosting a fortnightly Welcome Cafe 🙂 Citizens Advice also have a drop in session running alongside.
