🌶️ Neurospicy Minds for Women Tomorrow Night🌶️This month, we're talking about Parenting Whilst Neurodivergent.

Our Neurospicy Minds sessions continue to be incredibly popular, with places regularly filling up and waiting lists growing. 🧡

The response to this group has highlighted just how important it is for ADHD and autistic women to have spaces where they can connect with others who truly understand, share experiences, and be themselves.

Many women tell us this is the first space where they have felt genuinely understood, able to unmask, and able to talk openly with others who simply "get it."

🧡 Neurospicy Minds offers a chance to connect with other women who simply get it, share experiences, explore practical strategies, and enjoy some time to unmask and be yourself.

✨ Please still join the waiting list.

Places do occasionally become available through cancellations, and joining the waiting list helps us demonstrate demand as we explore opportunities to expand support in the future.

Neurospicy Minds is a women's peer support group for registered STRM members. Membership is free for families living in Southend, Castle Point and Rochford who have a child or young person with SEND, whether diagnosed, on a diagnostic pathway, or self-identifying as neurodivergent.

We've been busy preparing for Tuesday night's session as you can see 👀

🗣️This month we're talking about Parenting Whilst Neurodivergent.

We'll be exploring the realities of raising children whilst navigating our own neurodivergent brains, including sensory overload, routines, self-care, advocacy, overwhelm and the invisible mental load many of us carry.
