❄️💙 Winter Essentials Appeal ~ Every Donation Makes a Difference! 💙❄️

As the colder months approach, Slough Modest Sisters, are collecting essential winter items to support those experiencing homelessness and families in vulnerable situations, for

For some, staying warm this winter is a daily struggle. A simple donation could make a huge difference, offering warmth, comfort and a little hope to someone who needs it.

We are kindly asking for donations of:
🧥 Coats, jumpers and hoodies
🥾 Boots and shoes
🛏️ Blankets and sleeping bags
🧤 Gloves, hats and scarves
🎒 Rucksacks

Every contribution, big or small, is greatly appreciated. Please help us spread the warmth and show that our community cares. ❤️

🎳 Bowling O’Clock, Laughter & Lovely Company! 💕

What a beautiful afternoon we had yesterday! From bowling fun to a delicious lunch at Chaiiwala Slough, it was all about laughter, friendship, making memories and simply enjoying each other's company.

Sometimes, we all need to step away from the worries of the world, leave our responsibilities behind for a few hours and just be ourselves – women enjoying a well-deserved afternoon together! ❤️

New friendships, stronger connections, plenty of giggles and memories to treasure. This is what our SMS sisterhood is all about!

A heartfelt thank you to all the lovely ladies who joined us and made the afternoon so special. You truly brought the fun, laughter and wonderful energy!

And a huge thank you to Chaiiwala Slough for looking after us so wonderfully and treating us to such delicious food. Your hospitality was truly appreciated!

We are absolutely delighted and honoured to announce that Slough Modest Sisters has been nominated for the Outstanding Sisters' Youth Engagement Award at The Muslim Youth Engagement Awards 2026! For our Sisterhood Squad 💛

This nomination means so much to us. Our journey has always been about creating opportunities, empowering young people, building connections and making a positive difference within our community.

From our Sisterhood Squad to our community projects and youth initiatives, every little step has been driven by a passion to bring people together and create meaningful change.
