Thank you to all the patrons of Silchester Players for their donations during the bucket collections after the 4 amazing performances of their latest production, The Unexpected Guest.

You helped us to raise a whopping £637 for The Olibob Arts Foundation. This will fund several full time bursaries at the local Youth Drama Group we support.

We will of course claim Gift Aid from HMRC which will add another £160 to your donations 😀

We also wish to thank the entire Cast and Crew, and especially Brian and Jill Gillett for their massive support.

This hilarious comedy romp (no pun intended) A pregnant Hannah lies to her returning, judgmental parents that her gay flatmate Tristan is the father and they’re engaged; the cover-up spirals as their idiot neighbour Ricky is roped in to impersonate a vicar/doctor while he separately cons Hannah’s “perfect” sister Leah by posing as a millionaire and Hannah is not the only one keeping secrets.
