⚽ World Cup in Shawlands: where to watch - and where to avoid it
Ready for the World Cup? An update from some of our local venues, with more still to come!
are showing all Scotland games, with free entry and walk-in space still available. They’ll also show any other games that are on the TVs, and will be open past midnight for big fixtures and Scotland matches.

No tickets or bookings required - seats and tables will be first come, first served. They won’t be staying open for the initial 2am Scotland match, but for the 11pm kick-offs, last orders will be called when the match ends, with closing around 30 minutes later. Plans for the later stages will depend on how the tournament plays out.
have a ticketed event for the Scotland game, with a DJ on until kick-off, food available, and £5 tickets including a drink. Tickets are required so the team can plan staffing.
are not showing the football - officially your safe haven from the World Cup (with excellent margs).
