Meet Craig. 💚🧡💙
Craig is currently walking from John O’Groats to Land’s End to raise awareness for men’s mental health, shining a light on the importance of speaking up, finding support, and reminding people that no one has to face their struggles alone.
His latest stage was incredible, 56.80km walked over 11 hours and 46 minutes, with more than 75,000 steps completed in a single day. Every mile pushing not just his body, but a message that mental health matters.
A huge part of Craig’s motivation for taking on this challenge comes from the support he received through Andy’s Man Club. The group helped him during difficult times, supported his recovery, and reminded him that opening up is a strength, not a weakness.
That is why this challenge means so much. Craig is now giving back by helping raise awareness for the incredible work Andy’s Man Club does for men across the UK.
We are proud to host Andy’s Man Club every Monday at 7pm at The Big Communitea Centre, providing a safe, welcoming, non judgemental space where men can talk openly and support one another. 💚🧡💙
At The Big Communitea, we see first hand how important connection and support can be, and Craig’s journey is helping spread that message one step at a time.
Please continue supporting Craig throughout this incredible challenge and help us keep raising awareness for men’s mental health. There is also a donation link available to support Craig’s walk. Every share, donation, and conversation really does make a difference.
